The TUI travel app makes holiday life much easier and secure. You have all the information about your trip gathered in one place - in the TUI app on your mobile device. It provides you with direct contact with guides 24/7, both before and during your journey. In the app, you can also view your flight and transfer times, receive tips on things to see and do at the destination, and choose from a variety of excursions, experiences, activities, flights, and hotels that you can book directly via the travel app.

Contact with TUI guides 24/7 During the vacation, you can contact guides around the clock every day through the TUI app. Send a message through 'Ask the guides' in the app and receive a response shortly after. You can also contact guides via the app during the planning phase - starting from the day after you have booked your trip. The app also provides you with service messages and other important information during your vacation.

Book TUI activities and experiences Enhance your vacation by booking an activity or excursion. Choose from plenty of experiences, book directly in the app, and view details such as time and pickup location.

Transfer Information If you have booked a bus transfer, you can find all information in the app: for example, bus number and where it will be waiting for you upon landing. The same applies to your return journey; you will also receive information about pickup time and location related to transfer to the airport.

Vacation Planning In the app, you can track the countdown to your trip as well as check weather forecasts for your destination. There is also a travel guide where you can read about attractions, beaches, shopping, and restaurants at your destination.

Order Extras In our travel app, you can order duty-free items and upgrade your flight - choose a seat, order extra legroom, and additional baggage weight (applies to certain flights).

Search and Book Travel We have hundreds of destinations worldwide - from beaches in Thailand and the Canary Islands to cities like Rome and Barcelona. You can book charter trips, flights, hotels, excursions, activities, and tickets directly in the app.

Add your booking to the travel app After booking a trip, you can add your reservation to the app. Simply provide the booking number and the mobile number or email address you provided at the time of booking.

On most of our trips, you can use the TUI app; however, there are some types of trips where access to the app is not yet available - this applies only to flights (one-way) and cruises. If you have booked only a hotel, you can add your reservation to the app and view information about your hotel but do not yet have access to the other features of the app.
